Traditional Okinawan Uechi-Ryu Karate is taught as a discipline of the Mind, Body and Spirit. The practice of martial arts encourages not only self defense, but also discipline, respect, honor and physical fitness.
Our martial arts training encompasses not only the physical well-being but our mental and social as well. We promote schoolwork and giving back to the community as part of becoming a black belt.
We are committed to providing quality martial arts training to each and every student. We offer programs for Little Dragons (3-4), Tiny Tigers (5-6), Youth (7-12) and Teenagers/Adults (13 and over). |
