Boys and Reading

School Talk host Nadjia Varney sits down with George Mason University professor Dr. William G. Brozo, author of "To Be A Boy, To Be A Reader," to examine the importance of encouraging reading to pre-teen and teenage boys. Currently boys are fifty percent more likely than girls to be retained, and three to five times more likely to have learning and reading disability placement in schools.
