The Fox Mountain Guides Rock Climbing Camp is unique as it is the Southeast's only Summer Camp Program Accredited by the American Mountain Guides Association (and one of only two in the USA). Our programs are for Teens that want to "go to the next level" in rock climbing and go on trips that other summer camps simply cannot offer. We offer extremely small group "pro camps" with an absolute maximum group size of 8. The Camp is ideally suited for rock climbers that want to climb tones of rock but also learn about the equipment, techniques and most importantly safety skills of climbing. In the camp we trad climb single and multipitch, boulder and aid climb! FMG is deeply rooted in the Leave No Trace, ethics of climbing and the wilderness so we cover these skills as a core component of the camp. The camp is perfect for anyone wanting to one day become an instructor or guide and work towards certifications when they turn 18.
