Program Information

Our vision is to give thoughtful and accomplished young people an opportunity for immersion in another culture through active participation in community service work and focused study.

Service Learning seeks students who are energetic and want to work, both intellectually and physically, to be involved, and to get to know people of other cultures.

Through immediate experience and academic study, students are set on the road to achieving the twin objectives of the program: to come to know something of modern Paris or Barcelona and its peoples and to begin to understand themselves and their cultural assumptions.
