an exhibition of Old Mobile Ironwork The Museum of Mobile, in conjunction with the Mobiel Historic Development Commission, proudly presents an outstanding exhibit featuring the innovative art of architectural and decorative ironwork seen in Mobile, Alabama. Few cities in the United States have an architectural heritage as rich as Mobiel. This heritage is handsomely seen in the ample presence of beautiful ornamental and structural ironwork wrought into a variety of uses and functions.
