Galileo Summer Quest

Ages/Grades: entering 5th - 8th grade

Camp Season: June - August

Setting: Bay Area High Schools

Activities: Each session campers enroll in one of our in-depth specialty majors, covering 25 hours of curriculum and taught by experienced instructors. All majors have a culminating project that is produced by the campers. Campers also choose two minors from the areas of Science and Engineering, Arts and Crafts, Sports or Performance Art. Students participate daily in activities led by qualified instructors, and each minor encompasses 12.5 hours per session. At the end of each two-week session, we invite parents to spend part of Friday afternoon with us while campers show off projects from their Majors.

Galileo Summer Quest is a fun summer camp for entering 5th-8th graders, where students dive into subjects they are passionate about or want to explore. Campers choose from a selection of inspiring Majors and Minors taught by experienced instructors. They also develop their teamwork skills, while creating strong connections with peers who share their interests.

Our two-week session format and in-depth curriculum is designed with older students in mind. We recommend students take advantage of our amazing range of subjects by enrolling in two different sessions for a total of four weeks. We also offer an additional $100 off for students who sign up for two sessions.
