AIDB serves blind children ages 3-21 through the Alabama School for the Blind and the Helen Keller School of Alabama (for children with multiple disabilities). ASB and HKS are regular public school programs. As the world's most comprehensive education and service program AIDB also serves blind individuals through early intervention for infants and toddlers and rehabilitation and employment opportunities for adults and seniors.
