Notes/Information:

Huntington Learning Center administers a College Board SAT or ACT (as appropriate). The test is then analyzed by Huntington Learning Center staff (it is NOT "reported") to determine not only the students general areas of weakness/strength but to determine exactly what the test taker needs to improve in order to maximize SAT/ACT scores. Staff meets with parent/caregiver/student to discuss the results of the test. An individual program is then designed to fill in the areas that the student may be weak starting with those in which the student might realize the largest gain. All instruction is 1 to 1 and time is not spent on areas that the student is already proficient. The program is flexible and tailored to the individual student/parents needs and targets. The program not only provides for increased SAT/ACT scores but teaches the content necessary for the student to be successful at the college of their choice. Retesting by administering "practice" SAT/ACTs is done every 12-16 hours to ensure that progress is made toward the established goals and all areas of weakness are appropriately identified.
