Area of Focus/Practice Interest:

1) Comprehensive diagnostic evaluations of 3 to 21 yr. olds using assessment batteries that incorporate principles of school neuropsychology,

2) Independent Educational Evaluations for schools and/or parents wanting a “second opinion”;

3) Individual/group counseling of children, youth, young adults with behavioral, emotional, self-esteem, social skills, and learning issues; 4) Academic & social coaching/tutoring of students with ADHD, learning problems and social skills challenges who need help with time and project organization, learning strategies, study techniques, executive function issues, making friends; 5) Advocating for children and youth at I.E.P. meetings to be sure that special education needs are being addressed; 6) Providing workshops on a variety of topics including organizing special education paperwork, parenting children with special needs, managing parent and educator stress, special education law for parents, negotiating Independent Educational Evaluations

Education/Training: M.Ed. in Guidance & Psychological Services, C.A.G.S. in School Psychology, doctoral level courses in school psychology; Post-Graduate Certificate in School Neuropsychology
