Focus:
Chronicles more than 200 years of ballooning history from the first flight in 1783 to the present. The museum contains balloon envelopes, gondolas, inflator fans, ballooning instruments, trophies, photographs, pin collections and other ballooning memorabilia.

Cost: Admission is free, but donations are appreciated.

The museum has the following:
1. Library of ballooning books and magazines and other publications for research
2. Theater for the showing of videos and Power Point Slide shows about ballooning history etc.
3. Children's Learning Center with activities, videos, and Hot Air Balloon video game.
4. Computerized Weather Station giving current flying conditions and showing items used in predicting weather.
5. Gift shop for purchasing balloon-related items including, postcards, magnets, clothing ,Jewelry, books, greeting cards, photos, etc.
6. The Balloon Federation of America rents office space in the museum for its national offices.
7. The National Balloon Classic rents office space in the museum for its offices.
The museum is a non-profit corporation operated entirely by volunteers and dependent upon gifts, memberships, donations and gift shop sales for its financial support.

Programs: Guided tours for schools and classes are available by appointment
Infants to age 3: Free
Ages 4-12: 50¢ each
Ages 13-18: $1.00 each
Adults: $3.00 each, with no charge for the bus driver and the group's tour leader
Refreshments are available for $1.00 extra. Must be arranged in advance.
Pricing:
Children: 5-12 at 50 cents,ages 13-17 to $1.00
Adults: $2 per adult. There is no fee charged for the bus driver or adult tour leader.
