Camp is sponsored by the Wisconsin Alliance for Fire Safety and supported by numerous public and privatge benefactors throughout the state of Wisconsin.

A full time medical/nursing staff will be in attendance at camp.  The camp is equipped for emergencies, dressing changes, pressure garment/face mask maintenance, occupational therapy, counseling and medication provision.

A variety of activities are offered during this special week.  We provide a typical camp experience for young burn survivors.  All activities are designed for fun, learning and development of self esteem to help our state's children cope with life beyond their burn injury.  Participation is carefully supervised.

Camp is a special opportunity for burn injured youths to share feelings and experiences, have fun and make new friends.  Camp can provide a sense of belonging and temporary freedom from the frustrations felt by burn survivors.

Slogan: Misson - "to promote, encourage andf foster fire safety, burn prevention and public fire safety education. We support burn survivors of all ages in adition to sponsorship of the Summer Camp for Burn Injured Youth....most often just referred to as "Burn Camp."
