Lincoln Christian University (LCU) is a Christian higher education community whose mission is to nurture and equip Christians with a Biblical worldview to serve and lead in the church and the world. Founded in 1944, Lincoln has grown to an annual enrollment of about 1,100 with more than 5,900 graduates. Students at LCU represent more than 30 different denominations, though the majority are members of independent churches. We welcome all who support our mission, core values, and basic beliefs. LCU offers a wide range of degree programs, from business to worship, including two-year Associate of Arts, four-year Bachelor of Arts, several Master of Arts degrees, and a Doctor of Ministry. Located halfway between Chicago and Saint Louis, Lincoln is just 45 minutes away from Bloomington, Decatur, Springfield and Peoria and just an hour away from Champaign-Urbana.
