The Office of Student Activities is dedicated to supporting the educational mission of the University of Houston-Downtown by enriching students' college experience outside the classroom. The Office of Student Activities is committed to providing programs and events that complement our students' in-the-classroom experience to help them to develop their life and leadership skills. ​

Sports:

UHD enjoys a robust sports and fitness program. Membership to Sports & Fitness is open to all current UHD students, and employees at no additional charge. Memberships may be purchased by UHD alumni (must be UHD graduates) and current UHD Criminal Justice Cadets.

Additionally, UHD is part of intramural and club sports in power lifting, basketball, baseball, volleyball and much more.

Parking Spaces/Availability:

UHD offers parking on campus with the purchase of a parking permit.

From the day our doors opened more than 40 years ago, UHD has expanded to serve the educational needs of America's fourth-largest city. Now, UHD offers bachelors degrees in 44 areas of study and eight masters degrees.
