For language courses, there are no pre-requisites but for all Arabic program, students will be required to take a placement exam prior to being accepted to the program.

Admissions Requirements:

Admission Requirements for Academic Gap Year Program: 3.0, 80% Average. Students must submit online application including application fee, an official transcript, two academic recommendations and the health declaration form. Academic Gap Year students are required to obtain a student visa prior to leaving.

Admissions Deadline: Spring Semester Application deadline is November 15th, Fall Semester Application deadline is April 30th

Founded in 1956 Tel Aviv University is now home to 30,000 students in undergraduate and graduate programs.

Program Highlights:

We now offer an Academic Gap Year program to graduating seniors. Students can do their first year of school abroad, taking a full course load each semester. All courses are taught in English and some of the subjects offered includes Communications, Psychology, Business, Political Science and Middle Eastern Studies. On campus housing is available in the dorms which are located directly across from campus.

Visa Requirement:

Student visa if studying in Israel for more than 90 days.
