The Educational MISSION of the WVSO:
To provide opportunities for all learners to grow as individuals and to develop curiosity and creativity through a personal relationship with orchestral music.
We have presented Young People's Concerts in WV for over thirty years! Due to COVID-19, we are able to provide two concert offerings online for classroom use.

Program Type:
Symphonic Safari: Cartoonist Joe Wos joins Maestro Loh and the WV Symphony Orchestra for some fun with music inspired by animals. 50-minute run time
Great Composer Make History: The WV Symphony highlights influential composers, some who have been neglected in the American classical music tradition. Our concert is curated to celebrate these influential composers of color--male and female, living and dead—whose music deserves to be honored and performed. 50-minute run time
