Daily Fat Recommendation   $31.95
Use these tubes to tell the rest of the story! They represent the National Institutes of Health recommendations. The six tubes in this set dramatically display the maximum amount of fat that the average American should consume in one day. These tubes are the same size as the tubes in the red sets. The Appetizers and Breakfast sets are much larger tubes. Compare the fat in individual foods (in other sets) to the daily recommendation and visualize how to make wise and healthy choices.

Two tubes of solid fat show the upper limit of artery clogging saturated and trans fat. Two tubes of oil represent the polyunsaturated fat that is recommended that we consume daily. Two more tubes of oil demonstrate the heart healthy monounsaturated fat. The set comes with a short guide, which contains background information and creative ideas for use. (6 tubes)
