Next Level is led by Reggie Crane, located in Cocoa Beach, Florida, and its core business is Executive Coaching, Organizational Communication, Team Cohesion, and Leadership Effectiveness. Reggie is retired Air Force with leadership and organizational development experience in Financial Management and Professional Military Education organizations. He has worked for Booz Allen Hamilton as an Organizational Development consultant focusing heavily on coaching, organizational focus and team cohesion.  He has a B.S. in Management and Organizational Development and an M.A. in Adult Education. Reggie is an experienced leader with over 25 years of experience in training and consulting with government agencies and private industry.   Why Next Level?
