Established July 29, 1982 by Tom and Kenetha Heape and Ken and Marilyn Sorah we have grown from a single first account to over 100 clients ranging in size from 5,000 to 800,000 square foot facilities.
Tom Heape has been a member of the ServiceMaster Clean® family for over 28 years, both as a training consultant with the former regional distributor office and as well as a franchise owner. Our business has earned numerous awards for service quality and revenue generation, and he serves as a member of the regional franchise council, acting as a liaison between the franchise network and the corporate office.
Tim Wise our owner/operator began his career with ServiceMaster Commercial Services in June 2016 as the Residential Carpet Cleaning Manager and was promoted to Operations Manager in June of 2017. After 3 long years of hard work, dedication and determination Tim has proven his value to the company and is now COO and Part Owner of ServiceMaster Commercial Services here in Lakeland.
With over 27 years of experience in the cleaning industry, Tim has an abundance of training and experience, and currently holds a certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Cleaning (IICRC) as a Stone, Masonry & Ceramic Tile Tech, is a Certified Surgical Cleaning Technician (CSCT) from the Association for the Health Care Environment, and a Certified Installer of NeverStrip Floor Coatings.
