It's not about forcing a fit

A place where every learner belongs

For students who learn differently, the right school changes everything. Since 1961, Pathway has built a place where children are understood, supported and prepared for life after graduation.

Seen

Every student is met where they are — not forced into a mold that was never built for them.

Supported

Small classes with a full team — teachers, clinicians and behavioral specialists — around each learner.

Prepared

Academics, life skills and real career experience that build independence for what comes next.

Programs

A program for every learner

Pathway isn't one program — it's a set of specialized ones, so students are grouped by what they need, not just their age. Tap a program to see how it works.

Lower School

Ages 5–14, grades K–8 — building core academics, social and life skills in small, structured classes.

Innovation & STEM

Room to build, make and discover

Finding out if Pathway is the place

  1. Talk it through — your child's IEP team discusses whether Pathway may be a fit.
  2. Referral — a school professional sends a referral to our admissions team.
  3. Intake meeting — we meet, review records and get to know your child.
  4. Placement — we share a recommendation and, together, decide on the right place.

Admissions are rolling, and most students start within two to four weeks of referral. Many are placed and funded through their home district; a private-pay route is also available. Our team will help you know whether Pathway is the right place for your child.
