The Henry B. Tippie National Aviation Education Center (NAEC), located at the Dallas Executive Airport, provides hands-on learning opportunities, an immersive history experience and activities for all ages. Our mission is to Honor the Past, Empower the Future. Visit us to be inspired by aviation and history while developing leadership and "21st century" job skills. No matter the career, strong skills in communication, creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, and citizenship will help individuals of all ages be more successful.

We have 4 programs available for field trips:
The Homefront Experience: Age range 4th - 12th
Participants will take on the role of an individual who lives in Anytown, USA. Anytown is a community that represents all towns across the United States in that EVERYONE contributed to the Allied effort to win WWII. The Home Front Experience blends history with science, math, reading, financial literacy, and more. It is a content-integrated approach that embeds TEKS from numerous subject areas.

A is for Aerospace: Ages Pre-K - 2nd grade
A is for Aerospace is a fun-filled rich half-day experience for PK-2nd graders in a stimulating and active environment. Students will encounter aviation and space experiences through hands-on STEM activities that include career introduction, veterans, and historic vehicles.

Aviation Discovery Zone: Any Age Group
The Aviation Discovery Zone (ADZ) is a flexible program with a wide variety of aviation/STEAM related activities. The ADZ can vary from a few to a hanger full of activity workstations that are hands-on with kids DOING and LEARNING. Activities will be selected and tailored for your group and set up throughout our education and hangar spaces.  We do the setup and supplies. Your staff assists in facilitating the activities at the workstations with our educators.

Food: No food on site but we do provide cafeteria tables for groups bringing their own food.
