Curriculum Highlights: Unearthing medieval tombs, piecing together the architecture of the Roman Forum, artifact labwork, excursions to historical sites throughout the island, and seminars and workshops
Setting: edieval town of Alcudia on the northern coast of the island
Program Information: We organize a group of about 10 High School students to join the ongoing archaeological excavation of the Roman city of Pollentia. Our two bilingual program instructors will help guide and teach the students about Spain and the archaeological process while digging the ancient city's Forum. Several Medieval burials have been found in recent summers.
