Les Elfes International Summer and Winter Camps, founded in 1987, provides holidays for children between 8-18 years old, by combining the discovery and practice of new exciting sports with learning and perfecting languages (French, Spanish, German and English).
Les Elfes give your children the opportunity to discover other cultures and make new friends from all over the world.
Activities are designed to develop teamwork and leadership and to challenge students toward excellence in a way that maximizes both personal, group development and self-confidence. Each child's program of activities his or her aptitudes and choices. Children return home with the best memories of their holidays whether in summer or in winter.
Les Elfes International Summer and Winter Camps are located in Verbier, a cosmopolitan resort, in the heart of the Swiss Alps. The area provides all kinds of summer sports such as horseback riding, golf, swimming, tennis, paragliding, a ropes course and mountain bikes treks. Also near Les Elfes is a sport centre with an Olympic-size swimming pool, ice skating rink, tennis and squash courses. |

The summer camp experiences are organized in 2 or 3 weeks sessions. Upon arrival, each camper is introduced to the camp and shown the town as well as all the sports installations.
In the winter Verbier offers more than 450 kms of connected ski runs, with more than 100 ultra-modern lifts.
Sports, culture and activities : The camp is mainly focused on outdoor sports activities, but to complete the programs the children have the opportunity to discover sites outside and to go on day excursions in cities such as Lausanne , Bern , Geneva , Montreux…during the cultural activities.
The international summer camp is extremely varied with various activities perfectly adapted to the skills of each camper. Sports include football, volleyball, basketball, table tennis, basketball, squash, badminton, water skiing, water tubing, hiking, mountain biking, arts and crafts, yoga, ice-skating, horseback riding, golfing…
Language study: The language program includes 8 hours per week of language courses (French, English, German and Spanish), which are optionally expandable to 15 hours per week with intensive courses. Also during their stay the youngsters have the opportunity to practice the languages with their friends.

All Les Elfes' staff are young, enthusiastic, university graduates, motivated and used to work with children.
Accomodation: Students live in our 2 beautiful Swiss style chalets built in 1995, of wood and stone following the Swiss tradition which offer all comfort. Both chalets are located in a green and calm surroundings and are only 5 minutes away from the centre of Verbier.
All facilities are available at the chalets, fully equipped with professional kitchens, vast and sunny dining rooms, fire places, classrooms, conference room, a library, a game hall…
Campers live in rooms with 2 to 4 beds, private closets and bathroom. Maid service is provided daily.
The menus are well balanced and adapted to the youngster's needs and activities As safety is our main concern staff ratio of Les Elfes is very high at 1:7.
