Program Information:
The Charles River YMCA Out-of-School Time Program is a blast! With access to our own in-house pool, a large field complete with baseball diamond and basketball courts, as well as the entire top floor of the our building, we have plenty of room and programs so your child will have a valuable and fun experience while they are at the Y!
-Free Swim twice a week at our pool!
-Free Access to Greene's Field with basketball court, baseball diamond, multiple swings, and a large field for various games.
-School Vacation Camps with Field Trips around Boston!
-Dedicated Homework Room with Assistant to help out with questions and encourage kids to excel.
-We will pick up your children from Needham schools and bring them to the program!
-We will make sure they get to their swim lesson, ballet class, martial arts class, and more if it is during their time here (program fee separate from OST rate).
-Daily Arts and Crafts projects!
-Free to join any of our Enrichment Clubs including Music, Dance, Drama, Sports, Engineering, Photography, and more!
-Meet friends and othe families at our monthly Family Engagement Events!
Our program is licensed by the Early Education and Care Department of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. This license requires strict guidelines to be followed, including extensive and ongoing training of all of our staff. At Charles River, our staff range from experienced sports instructors and camp counselors to college graduates and graduate students.
