Amount of Scholarship: $1,000
Requirements: Applicant must be a minority as identified by the U.S. Census Bureau as follows: Black/African American, Asian or Pacific Islander, Hispanic, American Indian, Alaskan Native, or Female.
Applicant must be a full-time or part-time student enrolled in real estate related courses in real estate or a related field within a U.S. degree granting college/university or junior college.
Applicant must have a current cumulative grade point average of no less than 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.
Applicant must have financial need.
Scholarship award must be used in the same academic year as awarded.
Eligible recipients may receive only one (1) AIET Scholarship per year.
