Requirements: Scholarships are offered in four categories: current high school seniors, persons who graduated from high school four or more years ago and now plan to go to a university or college, students currently enrolled in a college or university, and trade or technical school aspirants. Members of FACT, their children and grandchildren are eligible to apply.
