1. A New Jersey resident of Middlesex or Monmouth County
2. Entering at least their junior or senior year of college in the Fall of 2011
3. Majoring in a field related to the conservation of our natural resources including, but not limited to: agriculture, conservation studies, environmental education, environmental science, forestry, geology, landscape design, resource management, soil science, etc.

Purpose of Award: Freehold Soil Conservation District will award three $2,000 scholarships in the summer of 2011. The Neal W. Munch, Marvin “Mac” Clark, and William Schauer Scholarships are awarded annually to honor their years of dedicated and distinguished service to Freehold Soil Conservation District and to conservation.
