Amount of Scholarship: $1500
		Available to Class Level: graduating high school seniors
	Requirements: legal U.S. citizen, Missouri resident, cannot attend military schools
	Eligibility: ACT composite score at or above the 90th percentile
		Minimum ACT: 28 composite score
			Due Date: April 15
	Purpose of Award: This program, which is federally funded and state-administered, is designed to recognize exceptionally able high school seniors who show promise of continued excellence in postsecondary education.
	Duration: student may receive maximum of four years total
	Renewable: three years-must be in good standing per university guidelines
