Philosophy/Belief Statement:

The Spanish Immersion Program, which launched in 1995-1996, includes all grade levels, and students throughout the county may apply. Participants spend at least half their day using Spanish in core-content classes. Students have rigorous standards not only in language but also in all subject areas, and they rank high academically compared to others in the district. The goal is for students to be bilingual by the time they graduate.

School History:

Our school is in the Hermitage Hills subdivision adjacent to Bryan Station High School. Bryan Station Middle has been operating since January 1933, making it among the oldest schools in Fayette County. The original building was razed and a 60,000-square-foot facility was constructed in 1977. The latest renovations were completed in the fall of 2010.
