Cancellation or change of sedans Reservations within two (2) hour of scheduled pick-up will result in an f.

A 'no show' fee equal to the price of the trip.

Please describe our chauffeur training?

 

 

 

All potential candidates are paired with a mentor and study coursework on geography, map reading, radio communications, and voucher processing and customer service. Professional defensive driving instructions are brought in to conduct one-on-one sessions. Each chauffeur must also pass a series of written and driving tests to ensure that they meet the CCW standard. These seminars address topics such as job-related stress, safety and customer relations training.

How are our driver’s records and history checked? How often?

 

Criminal background checks and drug screenings are conducted on an annual basis. Chauffeur licenses are monitored by an independent agency every year.

Service Delivery

  1. Corporate Car will not FARM-OUT your reservations.
  2. Chauffeurs are dressed in a black or dark blue suit, with a white shirt and tie.
  3. All vehicles will be clean, inside and out, at all times and in good working order.
  4. Corporate Car will not solicit or hand out your business cards to your clients under any circumstance.
  5. We will provide you with a generic airport sign that we would like to be used on all our Airport arrivals.
  6. Notify your dispatcher in advance anytime a chauffeur will be late for a reservation.
  7. If our chauffeur cannot locate your client, we contact your dispatch ASAP.  A decision will be made from your office whether or not to release the vehicle.
  8. We will call your office to get authorization for any change or additional service from the originally scheduled trip that will result in extra charges.

Billing

  1. Final charges will be submitted no later than 24 hours after the completion of each trip.
  2. If final charges are not sent within 24 hours, we agree that the trip will be closed at the quoted rate.
  3. Additional charges will be listed separately; parking; tolls wait time, stops, etc...
