Our Mission: Offering Education, Support and Advocacy
NAMI Sonoma County, established in 1981, is a grassroots, tax-exempt, not-for-profit organization of families and consumers of mental health services whose lives have been affected by mental health challenges.
We advocate for lives of quality and respect, without discrimination and stigma, for all our constituents.
NAMI Sonoma County is a local affiliate of NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness). We provide support systems and education for people living with mental health challenges and for families and friends who have loved ones with these challenges.
NAMI Sonoma County is funded through membership fees, donations, grants and fundraising efforts. We receive no funding from the national organization; only through the commitment and generosity of the Sonoma County community are we able to provide an extensive array of services and support. Please join NAMI Sonoma County today!
