Area of Focus/Practice Interest:

I specialize in psychological evaluations to help clarify how best to help a person reach his or her full potential. I also offer individual and family psychotherapy. Testing can look for: giftedness, learning style, school choice, ADHD, learning disabilities, autism, Asperger's, developmental disabilities, depression, bipolar, psychosis, anxiety, posttraumatic stress disorder, attachment, and pre-adoption issues. My main interest is to help people understand themselves and their children so that daily life can become more fun and rewarding and less stressful.

Client Age Group: 2 1/2 years through adults

Education/Training: I have an MA and PhD in developmental psychology and clinical psychology from the University of Colorado at Boulder. I interned at University of Colorado Health Science Center and completed a post-doctoral fellowship at the JFK Center for Developmental Disabilities. I have worked on the Child Developmental Unit at The Children's Hospital in Denver and with various schools, social service angencies and community mental health centers, including teaching graduate level courses on child development and psychological testing.

Professional Work Setting: My office is in a private practice setting in the Cherry Creek North area of Denver.
