Ages for Volunteer: Needs to be over 18 years of age.
Hours of Service: Daytime and evening timeslots available.
Minimum Hours Required: 2-3 hours per week for the length of a semester.
Days of Service: Choose from Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday

Program History:

Founded in 1964 as the Adult Education Tutorial Program by Sister Cecilia Linenbrink, the program began in a church basement and served forty students with sixteen volunteers. Over the next forty years, the program has grown exponentially to extend educaitonal services annually to 2500 adults with the help of over 125 volunteers at schools, community centers, churches and the Denver County Jail. Sister Cecilia continues to serve on the agency's Board of Directors.

All new volunteers must attend a two-part orientation and training session, provided at no cost. Email or call for details.
