Odyssey’s Volunteer Program
Odyssey recognizes the importance of a strong volunteer program.
Volunteers are an integral part of the Odyssey support team, which allows Odyssey to personalize, enhance and expand the services offered to patients and families.
Volunteers serve as patient and family advocates. They are proactive in helping to meet the needs of the patient and family.
Volunteers and their contributions are respected and valued. Odyssey integrates them into the hospice program while supporting and recognizing the volunteer.
Volunteers are provided with an opportunity to gain important skills and learn from valuable experiences to the extent they want.
Program History:
We are one of the largest hospices in the United States, established in 1996.
We attribute our growth to our Service Standards.
