Mission Statement:
MISSION STATEMENT
To help ANY woman with “FREE” baby supplies who is pregnant or has children and to assist families with a baby in the hospital.
Philosophy/Belief Statement:
PURPOSE STATEMENT
We provide help and resources to women or families in helping them deal with all aspects of their Spirit, soul, and body.

We have been open since November 1, 2005.

INFORMATION STATEMENT
We are a 501c3 non-profit organization, ALL volunteer staff & receive no government-state funding nor are we associated with any organization. ALL funding is through private donations and/or contributions.
WHEN A WOMAN IS IN NEED WE PROVIDE
· Provide “Free” baby supplies (4) four times a year from first visit
· Require two forms of ID on mother (1st ID has to be a photo ID, 2nd ID must have name) Mother of children is only one who can fill out application (unless approved by Ex. Director)
**Diapers (preemies to Size 6) **Clothing (preemies to size 4t) **Furniture (1 piece per family) **Formula (1 can per child) **Wipes (1 pkg. per family)
· Provide several other baby supplies to numerous to mention (as available)
· Provide “gas” vouchers for families with a baby in hospital for an extended stay (must be referred by Social Worker from hospitals)
· Provide resources for prenatal doctors, support classes on prenatal & nutrition during/after pregnancy
· Provide resources for adoption, housing, food, utility, rent
