The horse had been known for centuries as a powerful therapeutic tool for human recovery. Caring for horses, riding and other activities with equines can provide benefits to all people through physical, social and emotional self growth. The equine's natural movement can assist muscles to strengthen, stretch, decrease spasticity, enhance circulation and offer the opportunity to be in control of one's own mobility. The social bond between rider and horse can be influential to one's self-esteem and emotional growth. "Let the warmth of a horse carry you to your dreams" is RYH motto and strong belief statement.
