SKYANCHOR’s disAbility Awareness program was implemented in 2002 to enrich the lives of children, youth and adults, both able and disabled by incorporating an awareness challenge course, hiking trail and outdoor camping, all especially created to stimulate and encourage a growing sensitivity while learning techniques and strategies to use when interacting with persons living with disabilities.
Events:
The most important goal of the Lucille and Bruce Lambert disability Awareness Challenge Course is to provide a multitude of learning opportunities for able bodied youth and adults to experience the challenges that confront an individual living with disabilities on a daily basis.
