Mission Statement:
The mission of Team Management 2000 Inc. is to act as a positive “change agent” to low income at risk families and individuals. By delivering services and a continuum of care through a diverse holistic and non-traditional methodology of educational training, coupled with the “best practices” of clinical intervention, life skills and job placement support services that encourage the promotion of self-sufficiency, economic growth, and mental and emotional stability.

Program History:
Team Management 2000, Inc. (TM2K), is a 501(c) (3) non-profit social service community based organization and licensed intensive outpatient treatment facility with headquarters in Hackensack, New Jersey. Founded in 1999, we began delivering community based services and programs in the year 2000 to Bergen and Passaic Counties.
Today, our organization serves Bergen, Passaic, Essex, and Hudson counties with multiple grant-funded programs aimed at servicing: At-risk youth, single parents, welfare families, individuals coping with drug addiction, families infected and affected by HIV/AIDS, incarcerated populations, ex-offenders re-entering their communities, as well as individuals with disabilities seeking employment and benefits assistance.
