Women's Initiative offers multiple opportunities to get involved:
1. Microenterprise Fellowship
Offered quarterly, this 10-week fellowship requires a 25+ hour/week commitment and provides fellows the opportunity to build their skills in the nonprofit sector, to receive training about microenterprise, Women's Initiative, and the field we serve, and to work closely with a staff mentor on a project.

2. Internships
With monthly start dates, this 15 week internship requires at least 10 hours per week. Interns provide support in all areas of our organization, allowing staff to increase our capacity to serve women in our regions.

3. VISTAs
Under the umbrella of Americorps and The National Corporation for National and Community Service, Women's Initiative is the sponsoring organization for 5 Americorps VISTA positions in Research, Program Development, Human Resources, Finance, and Marketing.

4. Business Connectors
Professionals in the Bay Area serve as business connectors to our clients by attending networking events, offering consultations, and providing seminars and workshops in areas of their expertise.
