How Coaching Works

The Coaching relationship provides the accountability individuals need to stick to their stated goals – both short term (getting the paper FINISHED) and long term (losing weight, choosing a college or profession, etc.)

Coach and Client meet regularly either in person or on the phone for 30-60 minute appointments (weekly, bi-weekly, every two weeks, etc.)

Up to daily supplemental check-ins between appointments either by phone, email or text, help clients stay motivated or on track.
