Must be able to lift 50lbs, kneel, squat, crawl, and not have a fear of heights on ladders, lifts and Bucket trucks.

Working Conditions:
Indoors and Outdoors all year. Electrical and HVAC work is the majority alon with plumbing and general maintenance of the facility.
Duties:
All forms of electrical work from Lighting, ballast, drivers, fixtures, pole lights,motors, contactors, switches, electric heaters, relays, garage doors, industrial fans, blower motors, security systems, fire alarm equipment, Snow plowing in the winter etc.!!!
Knowledge:
Work experience a plus.

I have been through four different apprenticeship programs, industrial maintenance, HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical.
I am a license Electrical Contractor and a license HVACR Contractor.
I have taught the 3rd year electrical program at MCVT in Denvile NJ for two years.
