Additional Information
Strictly From Scratch is a thriving commercial bakery in downtown Phoenix. We consider ourselves one of the best kept secrets in town. Our primary brand Corner Shop Bakery uses the highest quality ingredients and maintains the highest standards of production. Nationally, we have been the preferred (fresh/frozen baked goods) vendor for most of the large food service companies, restaurant chains, and big box grocers. Our operation has grown every year and we currently service some of the largest retailers in the world. We preferred vendor for the largest airline dis-tributor in the world (Michael Lewis). In turn we do business with most of the airlines in some way shape or form. We are committed to growth and the ideals of ex-cellence. We strive to be the best and leaders of our community. Internally, we pride ourselves on processes and review all areas for improvement. Externally, we provide the best customer service to pair with our amazing products. We proudly hold certifications of a Kosher facility by the Orthodox Union and maintain top certifications of BRC/AIB.
