Additional Information

Sweep All turf & concrete sweepers have been manufactured since 1999. They are the most thorough & efficient way to clean outdoor areas and will pay for themselves through labor & time savings alone! Two models in four sizes are currently available: HMW-2448 or 2460 and TPW-2448 or 2460. "HM" stands for Honda-Motor. "24" is the diameter of the broom wafers (banks of bristles) attached to the 650 RPM revolving core. "48" or "60" is the width of the broom only. "TP" stands for Three-Point while the model #'s are the same as the HMW. The Honda GX270 (9 hp) engine will spin the broom @ 650 RPM's via twin drive belts on the HMW models. The PTO drive offers 660 to 680 RPM's also using twin drive belts on the TPW. Both machines also provide vacuum / suction ability that assists the broom to quickly deposit debris into the attached hopper for final removal. Throttle for sweeper RPM's, broom height / depth settings & hopper dump are all controlled from the seat of the tow vehicle via a push-button hand-held controller (HMW) or utilizing tractor controls (TPW). If you need to adjust the TPW broom, dismounting the tractor is required to change the spacers on the front-wheel shafts which holds that height while sweeping. The 2448 hopper holds 42 cubic feet (approx 1.5 yards) of debris. The 2460 models provide 54 cubic feet (2 yards) of hopper space. Currently only the HMW models include options. Standard features are the Honda GX270 recoil pull-start, a corded hand-held controller & rear tilting hopper dump. Options are: Honda Electric Start, Cordless or Wireless Controller & 5' Hopper Scissor Lift. Pickup: grass clippings, leaves, acorns, pine needles, pine cones, pine straw, apples, stones, twigs, sticks, aeration plugs, litter, animal feces, goose droppings on athletic fields - just to name a few - while maintaining turf health at the same time. High Schools & Colleges currently use the Sweep All on synthetic turf fields to remove debris including litter while "lifting" the artificial grass blades.
