Qualifications: Staff: Must be at least 18 years old (17 years old if a vo-tech child care student or graduate) and have a CDA or CCP (Child Care Professional) credential; or an associate degree in early childhood or human/child development; or one year successful experience working with young children and one higher ed. course in early childhood education or human/child development.
