Setting:
Our full day School's Out Fun Club is offered at Elvehjem Elementary in Madison and Maywood Elementary in Monona. Our half day School's Out Fun Club is offered at Maywood Elementary in Monona and Elvehjem,Kennedy, Gompers,Sandburg, Schenk, Frank Allis and Lowell Elementary in Madison. Lowell and Frank Allis children are bussed to East YMCA
History:
We have been providing School's Out Fun Club Care in Dane County for the past 12 years.
Program Highlights:
All day care for the no school days. In school care for the early release days.(Half Day School's Out Fun Club). Morning and afternoon snack provided. Fieldtrips to fun destinations and swimming at the YMCA.
Support Services:
We work with a variety of agengies to meet the needs of the children.
Activities:
Program includes a variety of theme based teacher led projects and child initiated activities including art, enrichment building, games, active, outside time, and quiet choices.
Field Trip Destinations: We go on fieldtrips to fun locations and swimming at the YMCA.
Program Information:
Through the use of our 4 core values(respect, responsibility,honesty,caring) we provide a safe and fun environment within the
schools for the children to participate in exciting activiites, games and be active. We provide both morning and afternoon snacks. We
offer teacher led projects based on our fun daily themes. Children are engaged throughout the day in age appropriate activities, active
games and outside time.
We go swimming and take fun field trips to exciting locations. Our program is a great opportunity for children to have fun, make new
friends, and participate in a variety of fun activities.
