Notes/School Information:

Endeavor International School is a private school that offers the International Baccalaureate Program. We combine an individualized approach with a high-level academic experience for grades 7-12.

  • A focus on individual student success. This year we have increased professional development training for our teachers; many attended AMI and IB conferences and training. Our teachers are better equipped to provide instructional supper to suit the needs of their students better.
  • Academic excellence was in full force throughout this year as we continued our mission to provide high-quality education to our children. Reading and math proficiency continues to be a focus. This year we have implemented a literacy and math program to improve student's proficiency in the core subject areas. This has resulted in a remarkable improvement in our standardized test scores. In addition, each student from elementary and upwards is given a personalized academic plan. This customized learning focuses on students' strengths, needs, skills, and interests.
  • This year we have provided a comprehensive curriculum encompassing music, art, language, and extracurricular activities. Through Endeavor Plus and our after-school initiatives, we have offered students opportunities to complete STEM, mandarin, and Spanish.
  • Focus on improving infrastructure. This year Endeavor has made a commitment to improving the physical infrastructure and security of our campus. Endeavor recognized that improvement in the educational space could positively impact students' and staff motivation. Our elementary space received new classrooms, a modern kitchen, a makerspace, and a deck that is currently being constructed at the lower half of our building. There are also plans this summer to install a security fence.
  • The positive relationships between parents, students, and teachers are the foundation of our learning environment, and we encourage ongoing communication to ensure your child's success. This year we particularly emphasize the importance of parent education by offering opportunities through curriculum night, seminars, and Montessori parent cafe.
