Additional Information
For cash-pay non-emergent telehealth visits, we start at $75, which includes the initial visit and a follow up visit for simple complaints. Additional fees may apply for additional services such as prescription refills for medications that were not initially prescribed by me, lab orders and interpretations, complex patients with multiple comorbidities and multiple complaints. More information about the telehealth services, different options and plans are included on the website.
We perform sports physicals for High school students (14 years of age and older) and collaborate with another company that provides them for younger grades (younger than 14 years of age).
1- BLS ($60 per person for renewal- ranges from 40 minutes to 1hr45min, more or less, depending on class size; $75 per person for new certifications- from 2-4 hours, more or less, depending on class size).
*We will deduct $5 from the renewal fee and $10 from the new certification fee for classes of at least 6 students or more.
2- Heartsaver/CPR/AED ($75 per person- approx 1hr to 2hrs, more or less, depending on class size).
*We will deduct $10 from the fee
for classes of at least 6 students or more.
3- New Parents/infant/Child CPR ($45 per person- from 45min to 1h45min, more or less, depending on class size).
*We will deduct $5 from the fee for classes of at least 6 students or more.
4- AHA BLS skills checkoff- this is for individuals who have completed the videos at home and only needs to check off the skills portion for work ($30).
*We will deduct $5 from the fee for classes of at least 6 students or more.
5- ACLS Renewal only ($150- from 4 to 6 hours depending on class size).
*We will deduct $10 from the fee for classes of at least 6 students or more.
**The maximum capacity for each class is 9 people for a single instructor, per AHA guidelines. If more than 9 people sign up for one class, we will either have a second instructor assist or divide the students into 2 or more classes to accommodate everyone.
We provide mobile services to various locations, including the following:
1- Schools/learning institutions/technical schools/colleges
2- Places of business/employment
3- Community Centers
4- Daycares
5- Places of worship/churches
6- YMCAs/Gyms/swimming classes
7- Maternity Wards for new parents
8- Students homes (if they live in Highlands and Polk counties). We will consider further distances/locations if there are at least 6 students present.

Payment:
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, etc. We also accept payments from: e-wallets, checks (from institutions, companies/businesses only), money orders, cash, cashapp/zelle (for individual students who are not able to pay using the other methods of payments), Paypal.
