Mission Statement:
East African Venture projects setup are aimed on personalized levels with volunteers, gap year students or individuals planning to contribute positively, in an adventurous, unselfish motive, in making a difference to a developing world.
With our conservation strategies, we believe in the study and conservation of African wild animals in their natural environment, the lobbying for the conservation of endangered species, the upgrade of international awareness and for this cause through recruitment of volunteers to parks and reserves of Kenya which are fighting against poaching.
Philosophy/Belief Statement:
We believe and know that as a volunteer you will gain the challenge of working in a developing world, have first hand experience of other cultures and traditions, have amazing travel opportunities, a very big boost to your independence, confidence and leadership skills, and a chance to make life long friends!
Program History:
Our projects are based on the grassroots level and all those that participate get an opportunity to get up close and personal with the local communities, learning more about their cultures and traditions while offering a helping hand in the areas so mentioned for the well being of globalization and project completion.
Events:
When you decide to participate with us in any of our programs, you are assured that you would be ushered into a society of true believers and action motivated individuals; our team is made up of professional researchers, scientists, social workers and medical staff that are seeking change to this Kenyan society from ground zero; expect to be treated like a local, to eat the local cuisine while living within a normal Kenyan homestead. Chances are high that you will experience a country so rich in culture, so welcoming and with politeness, which will leave you yearning for more time to spend with them.
