Mission Statement:

As a no kill cat shelter, our mission is to promote the humane and ethical treatment of abandoned, unwanted, and abused cats through active implementation of the mission and community education. Our specific focus is on promoting the health, rehabilitation and placement of cats into forever loving homes and providing educational outreach within our community

Philosophy/Belief Statement:

We are the oldest no kill shelter in the city of Milwaukee - founded in 1994. The cats in our care are never euthanized unless they are terminal and suffering greatly based on the advice of a veterinarian. Then it is only to relieve their pain. Otherwise they stay until they find homes.

Program History:

Happy Endings No Kill Cat Shelter is an ALL volunteer and ALL donation run organization. Volunteers are needed daily to clean cages, do laundry, sweep/mop, etc.
