It is not just how good your interventions are, or how much you know, but the trust that is built between that can predict how well the client will benefit from her/his work. My clients really want to know that I am there for them and that I really care about that. They also want to know that I will go the extra mile in staying on top of the research so that they are getting cutting edge treatment.
