Anthropology/Global Cultures

$3.00 per student for curriculum based programs, accompanying adults are free. An additional mileage fee may be added for programs held in the schools. General museum admission is free

The Museum of Anthropology offers curriculum based programs on a variety of topics for grades K through 8 during the school year. These programs are offered in the Museum or in schools within Forsyth County . We also have portable hands-on exhibits available for use by the schools or special interest groups. The Museum of Anthropology at Wake Forest University is North Carolina's only museum dedicated to the study of global cultures. Artifacts from the Americas , Africa , Asia and Oceania tell humanity's story from ancient times to today. The Museum offers curriculum based programs for grades K through 8 as well as After-School programs and Summer Camps for children. Portable hands-on exhibits on several different topics are available for rental. Come learn about global cultures with us!
